ok, so yeah, the whole "predator" and child-porn stuff is a load of BS. But the fact that we're using all kinds of "stolen" (or at the very least, material that we dont have the legal authority to use, based on copyright laws) is indeed a problem. Perhaps over the past 5 years, with the advent of Napster, Kazaa, and hundreds of FTPs, we're used to this sort of thing and don't treat it as a problem...but, in the eyes of South Park creators, YouTube cant be seen as a good thing...and neither could any of these blogs. There's no reason CrankyDocs, Chef Shalom's Rockin' Blog, or The Turnip Truck cant be sued (scary huh?)...so perhaps some kind of regulation is really necessary..
